Now Adobe Analytics customers can utilize a standard set of solution variables for closed captioning, full screen, picture-in-picture, mute, and in-focus. These will help you collect digital analytics data of viewer interaction during media playback.

You can use the variables for reporting in the analysis workspace as well.

Important Notices for Adobe Analytics administrators

EOL of Adobe Data Connectors

Adobe Data Connector will no longer be supported by Adobe Analytics. Instead, any integration that wishes for getting support for it should opt to Adobe Exchange Partner Program. This is a new standard for it and it will be offering these web analytics services.

Report suite mapping to IMS org

The report suite mapping tool is announced to be discontinued from November 2020. So Adobe Analytics integration such as Advertising Analytics and other digital analytics tools powered by it will require the report suites to be mapped to an IMS org.
